The Exploration and Construction of the Web-based Tech-transfer Service Platform

This paper discussed the problems with regard to the development of tech-transfer service platform.Based on practical experience,a web-based tech-transfer service platform was proposed for the modern network technology,and thorough explanation was given to its construction goal,functional orientation and realization.The functions of the modules in the platform are also briefly introduced.
