A Beowulf system is a collection of personal computer(PCs) interconnected by widely application high performance networking technology running any one of several operating system as Linux or Windows.Java has obvious excellence rather than disadvantage as a language of science and engineering.Users will interested in this environment along with the development of Java compiled technology.HPJava is a new extendable language which sustain scientific and parallel computing, especially suitable to large-scale computer clusters of parallel programming and distributed memory.HPJava is an environment for scientific and parallel programming using Java.It is based on an extended version of the Java language. One feature that HPJava adds to Java is a multi-dimensional array,or multiarray, with properties similar to the arrays of Fortran.Mainly introduces how to build a Beowulf system under Linux and HPJava and use matrix multication parallel algorithm module design to test this Beowulf system.
