A Linear-Regression-Based Analogy Method for Software Estimation

Software estimation is a significant activity in software development.Analogy is the most common and comprehensible method among software estimation methods.In order to describe the difference influence of software project attribution to estimation resulting attribution,an analogy method is introduced.We use the multiple linear regression method to predict the weighted coefficient,which increases the efficiency of estimation,and improves the precision of result.
