The Design of the Water Recourse Management System Software

This paper deals with the IC card and the characteristics of the Delphi program, the process of designing the software of water resource management system with Delphi, and emphasizes user accounts management and serial port communication of the software. The user_defined data frame is adopted in accounts management, and the API function of Windows is adopted in serial port communication to operate serial port direct.
