The Games Analysis of Financial Budgeting on the Public Branch Expenditure

This article according to the characteristic of budgeting,has built the Dynamic games model of departmental budget,and analysed perfect bayesian equilibrium terms of different budget efficiency,and deems that in order to seek the way of improving branch expenditure budget efficiency,we should enlarge pretended cost on budgeting,increase punishment cost on inefficiency of budget execution result,implement budget performance evaluation system.
