Realization from Financial IC Card to Tianjin Multi-function City Card

City card system is an important component of the city information construction,i.e.digital city construction,which applications will continue to expand.Financial IC card used in the field of public transport has created the new model combined city card with financial institutions.It plays a guiding role in the realization of Tianjin multi-function city card.The paper gives an introduction to IC card and magnetic card,and focuses on the financial IC card applications,and makes some recommendations on how to popularize city card.
