CRM (Customer relationship management) is a very important and complex business processes. Due to the complexity of CRM, and the development of such systems has become very complex. COTS(Commercial Off-The-Shelf) was applied in many other fields because of its advantages. Taking a company' s customer relationship management as an example to show how the COTS soft-ware components for the development of CRM system. Detailed information on its design and implementation and the operation of the interface are provided.
