The Construction of Scale-a Haar Wavelet Bases

This paper studies the unified construction of scale-a Haar wavelet basis (a 1, a r= Z) and gives the analysis and reconstruction algorithm. The a- 1 mother wavelets corresponding to Haar scaling function can be constructed by calculating eigenvectors of a symmetric matrix.
