The Technique of Constructing Semantic Web Service's Frame Base on Environment of Visual Studio.NET

The writing shows the importance of studying the next generation Web through analyzing the default of World Wide Web in existence, and puts forward a viable model of Web service's frame following introducing some already existing techniques and terms in the field and analyzing of principle on Web service, and last achieves a prototype of Web service in environment of Visual Studio.NET.
