The Design of Transmission System Parameters of 1GF-170 Type of Reverse Stubble Cleaning Rotavator

The basic design parameters and working process of 1GF-170 inversion stubble rotary tiller driveline is introduced in this paper.The rototiller uses reverse stubble cleaning to complete at one time series of tasks of cleaning,burying and rotary tillage of the rice and wheat straw.According to the required shaft speed and the gear teeth,reasonable calculation of the transmission ratio was made.The rotary machine is characterized by smooth drive,effective stubble burying and high efficiency,which is suitable for straw mulching job in both flood and drought.
