It's regularly to facing the writers which lack of experience of paper writing and paper submission especially the first paper writing's researchers,undergraduates and graduating masters during years of editing work.Lots of papers will be returned,revised or disappeared.In order to avoid this awkward situation,the paper analyzes the tactics to improve the hit ratio of scientific papers from the perspective of editing,thus helps the writer improve the hit ration of papers.
