Word Alignment(WA) is always a foundation work in machine translation.It has been already applied in a lot of fields.A universal anchor-pair based optimal adjacent anchor disambiguation algorithm is proposed to dealing with translation ambiguity and position ambiguity,and anchor-pairs are used to guide ambiguous words' alignment.It is proved that the recall and F-value improved in the comparison experiment,and acquires preferably effect.
