Construction-agent system project management pattern study based on principle-agent theory

The paper uses principle-agent theory analyzing the current construction-agent system which popularized by our government and puts forwards some proposal to perfect construction-agent system,that is we should set up urge restriction mechanism,effective contract management system and carry out construction guarantee and insurance system.
