Research about RTP/RTCP Real-time Feedback Mechanism of Videoconference System

This paper introduces the arithmetic based on feedback information of RTP/RTCP transmission.The feedback information allows grouping missing rate that information source estimate receiver possibly occurs,and adjusts bandwidth accordingly.
