In procedure, the prosecution office exempts the subjective fault evidential burden of possess pattern crime which doesn't mean that in fact the subjective fault isn't the constitution important condition of this pattern crime. The fault burden principle must be insisted on, and that the subjective fault is the subjective constitution important condition must be confessed.
