Miniature Built-in Electronic Pressure Gauge Contactless Inductive Charging Method

In view of the battery of miniature built-in electronic pressure measuring device was of low safety,low reliability and short service life,a non-contact induction charging method for miniature built-in electronic measuring device was presented in this paper.According to the basic parameters of the built-in battery and the structure of the electronic pressure measuring device,non-contact inductive charging system was designed.A special charging base was designed,using flat structure of loosely coupled transformer winding coil and compensation resonance technology,to improve the transmission efficiency.Simulation and test results showed that the method could transform electromagnetic energy to the stable DC by the rectifying device,and realized non-contact inductive charge of miniature built-in electronic manometer.
