Study on Development Process of Semantic-oriented Metadata Model

Based on the thought of ontology,this paper presents semantic-oriented metadata model using decription logics,and then describes the metadata model structure.After that,this paper analyses the existing ontology development methods.Finally,a new method for semantic-oriented metadata model development is presented.
