A Role-based Collaborative Software Development Framework

The roles have been applied in CSCW (Computer-Supported Collaborative Work) systems for many years. Software development is a society cooperative process. It needs team members can divide the work and cooperate closely with others in a develop activity. The current situation of the applications of role concepts at first is described. Then, the requirement for software development process is discussed. Thereafter presents a framework to support collaborative software development by Eclipse platform, At last indicated how the develpment team carry out the work of the collaborative development effectively in framework by an example.
