Feature Extraction of EEG Based on Grey System Theory

A novel method for EEG feature extraction is put forward in this paper. The application of gray model in feature extraction of spontaneous EEG signals is studied and the overall scheme of EEG feature extraction is presented. The results of the research indicate that it is feasible and available for EEG feature extraction with the gray modeling method in EEG signal processing. Moreover,this method also offers preliminary theory foundation for the further brain function research of pattern recognition.
