Application of entropy theory in voluntary information disclosure evaluation

Based on entropy theory,the paper studies the relationship between the elements of corporate governance and the level of voluntary disclosure through the data of Chinese listed companies.From the above analysis,the impacts of the elements of corporate governance imposing on the voluntary information disclosure are estimated.Thus the endogenetic mechanism between them is exposed.Finally,the paper puts forward some policy advice to improve the level of voluntary disclosure in Chinese listed companies.
