The frequency synthesis technology is the important part of modern communication,it is used in many fields of wireless technology and electronic systems.The characteristics and performance of MC145152 are introduced in this paper,DPLL frequency synthesizer of 909 to 915MHz and stepped frequency 25KHz is designed with peripheral circuit.The characteristics of the frequency synthesizer are simple in structure,excellent in stability,high in accuracy and easy in implementation,and can meet the needs of high integrated level and miniaturized system in communication equipment,and can be used in some special occation.
