An Analysis of Network Load Based on Lining-up

Formula Little in the theory of lining-up is rectified according to the properties of the internet and used in assessing properties of the network, through which the data such as the load of the network can be tested. These data are a reference for related persons of the network in the end. By doing so, different vequirments are taken into consideration to adjust connecting time to optinize propenties of the network.
