The index system of concept design scheme evaluation of the ship-to-air missile is established.Utilizing the entropy weight,the weight of every index is determined,which avoid the influences of subjective factors.The process includes establishing the standard decision matrix,getting the index weight based on the entropy weight,sorting every scheme,and establishing the evaluation model based on the entropy weight.The conclusion of the example shows that the model is simple and practical,and counts in brief,while it provides new ideation and method to resolve similar scheme evaluation problems in military field.
