Periodical Resources Allocation and Utilization Approaches of Key Professional Groups in Higher Vocational Colleges——Taking Beijing Youth Politics College Library as an example

Literature resources play an important role in the construction,existence and development of a library.The professional periodical literature with features of strong time-based effectiveness,novel contents,and enormous information has become the most used literature resources in college library.The thesis,relying on the shared on-line database of Beijing Intercollegiate E-library and the platform of original text delivery(http://202.112.118.46/ywcdwz/index.html) from the Beijing Intercollegiate literature guarantee system(BALIS),made a case study on Beijing Youth Politics College Library,and discussed the periodical resources allocation and utilization approaches of key professional groups with purpose to upgrade the service level of periodical resources in higher vocational colleges.
