The prevention and control of cyber crimes committed by college students is a double-subject,mutually promotive interaction.Effective prevention and control of cyber crimes committed by college students can only be achieved by efficient education and actual acceptance.Therefore,this paper analyzes the influence of the Internet on college students and the internal and external causes of cyber crime committed by college students.
