A Gene Prediction Algorithm Based on Improving General Comb Filter

Pinpointing the problemd of the system stability and group delay resulting output lagging of the design and use of the IIR filter and using eneral comb filter as an example,an improved algorithm suitable for IIR NPBF was constructed.The prediction results of the data set HMR195 showed that the algorithm proposed could improve the prediction accuracy of measuring AC(approximate correlation).
