Mode Set for Organizing Copyright Collective Management

China issued the Copyright Management Regulations in March,2005.The mode for organizing China's copyright collective management provides that: in all fields,only one has a relative monopoly copyright collective management organization.In terms of setting the mode of copyright collective management organization,before the introduction of the Collective Management of Copyright Ordinance,there is quite a controversy at home and abroad,and our final to take this model is based on the reality.Taking this model has also brought a number of related issues,this paper discusses the unified management mechanism of the copyright collective management organization,and tries to avoid or limit the negative problems caused by its monopoly.
