This paper dealt with the components and functions of digital network system of microscope laboratory and its applications to botanical teaching and research.This system is provived with pure digital transmission and clear images and realizes mutual communication reactions between teacher and students completely.It is very important to collect and transact microscope images during botanical experimental teaching and botanical researches.
