Objective:To explore the automatic biochemical analyzer reagents with pollution,which disturb the test of Magnesium.Methods: To make sure the programe that disturb the test of Magnesium.Channel settings used in the determination of magnesium magnesium before a blank.Using water or saline as the reagent.Comparing and analyzing the result of increase measured magnesium and magnesium-free blank blank.Results: Addition of magnesium and magnesium at the same time a blank determination of channels can effectively eliminate reagent carryover needle interference reagents.Conclusion: With addition of magnesium blank channel to eliminate the interference of magnesium.It can eliminate interferences in automatic analysis effectively.
