Design of a practical system in laser stocktaking of storage coal quantity

This paper presents a practical convenient laser stocktaking coal system in order to solve stocktaking of storage coal quantity in power plant,including hardware of stocktaking coal system,theory of it,design of software such as data preprocessing,three-dimensional reconstruction,computing volume.Besides,it shows detailedly method of data sampling of coal heap,creates observation network of coal heap,space coordinate system,implementation algorithm of Delaunay of three-dimensional reconstruction,algorithm computing volume.The stocktaking coal system is implemented by VC and OpenGL.
