Improved MVM Algorithm Based on Uniform Circular Array

Multi-signal classification(MUSIC) is one of direction-finding techniques with high resolution based on correlation matrix eigen-value decomposition.MVM does not need to discriminate the number of signal sources and eigen-value decomposition of signal correlation matrix,with less computation,but it is sensitive to SNR and snapshots.This paper mainly studies an improved MVM algorithm based on circular array.The eigen-value decomposition is performed for received correlation matrix of signal time domain data to obtain the expression of signal subspace and noise subspace.The expression is deformed to deduce the expression of improved algorithm spatial spectrum.The MATLAB simulation experiment proves the correctness and effectiveness.
