Sustaining the DICOM Standard has become the basic demand for PACS,DICOM C-STORE?C-FIND and C-GET are the key points in DICOM Communication.LEADTOOLS V14.5 is the latest medical software developing toolkit developed by LEAD Technologies Inc,which provides many classes and libraries.This article discusses how to realize the DICOM functions described forward using LEADTOOLS 14.5 between SCU and SCP,which provides the communication function based on DICOM 3.0 standard for all kinds of medical signal and imaging devices,PACS Servers and diagnosing workstations.
