Design and Application of Software Process Management Early-Warning and Exception Mode

This paper proposes a characteristic-based mode to describe early-warning and exception situation in software process management,and a monitoring method is provided based on the mode and SPMID( software process management information database). Not only the structure of the method,but also the way to customize and preprocess and parse the characteristic mode is introduced. Experiments show that this method can supply one-step obtaining service.
