Research on Policy-based Channel Resource Management in Mobility Environment

To improve the QoS of various service and make full use of the resource,a policy-based channel resource management method was proposed.It presented a improved PBNM framework,and used policy to allocate and adjust channel resource.This method not only promises the real-time traffic get higher priority to possess the channel,but also makes the nonreal-time traffic considerably guaranteed.Policy-based resource management eliminates the drawback of frequently happened allocation fault caused by traditional methods,thus it greatly improves the management efficiency and flexibility.
