FSVS:File System Visual Simulator

This paper proposes a customized, visual and controllable file system visual simulator (FSVS). This system adopts operating system simulator as core, combines Minix file system and virtual disk device to simulate file system management. FSVS can display the process of file system management vividly, make a convenient to understand the principle of file system, also to promote the reform of teaching. The experiment shows that the system possesses good stability and the consistency with the file system theory of OS.
