The author bring out a new method to deal with the overloading spam-“First-Time Validation Algorithm”. By using the email policy document, this system can prevent the forged email address. By using the First-Time Validation, credit count and contact list, this system can ensure the lowest disturb to valid mails, at the same time give the spammer death warrant. Because of the length, this paper only gives a simple introduce to the First-Time Validation Algorithm. At the end, the author gives his feasibility analysis to this whole system.
