With the extending of WebService in the application of distributing model, we attach more and more importance to the safety performance of Web Service. The traditional Web Service transmits SOAP packages by text. Moreover, the SOAP agreement defined the safety performance as transmitting issue, which restricts its further development. In order to solve these problems, this paper analyses the safety problems on Web Service and forms the credible solutions to the Web Service by combing PKI technology and Web Service technology.
