Detecting toxic effect of gold nanoparticles whose diameter range 15 nm from 20 nm on normal cells of Human skin( human epidermal cell,Human hypertrophic scar derived fibroblasts also called HSF) and cancer cells( HeLa,K562,CHO) by3H-TdR incorporation method. As a result, The Gold nano-particles within a proper concentration range could promote the proliferation of normal cells of Human Skin provided with a time-dependent and dose- dependent characteristic. Under the circumstance of below 50 μmol / L,the facilitation of Gold nano-particles towards cell proliferation strengthened as the density increased. However,as the density continually increased,it ultimately turns to inhibiting action. The activity of cancer cell showed unconspicuous changes when the density of Gold nano-particles was less than 50 μmol / L,and when the density is above 50 μmol / L,the inhibiting action on cancer cell reinforced as the density increased.
