An Analysis of an Improved Effectiveness Evaluation based on Cloud Model

When we get the evaluation results,we mainly depend on our subjective judgment.A measurement of similar cloud is applied to solve the problem which is a quantities method.The evaluation based on cloud model is more consummate.In the last,we testify the method through an example,which provides a good attempt for the development of effectiveness evaluation based on cloud model.
