Discussion on the Personal Risk in Evaluation in Community Service

The risk management is the sticking point of the community service.The system of evaluating the personal risk being the base of the risk management should synthetically consider all kinds of factors that are related with the offender,and adopt statistics method mainly and adopt clinical method secondarily.At the same time,we should introduce the system of progressive treatment to be the dynamic personal risk evaluating methods in the community service in order to realize the individual-remedy principle.
