Application of Rough Sets Theory to Diesel Engine's Plunger Fault Diagnosis

This paper introduces rough sets theory into ANN diagnosis system of diesel engine's plunger fault diagnosis and explores characterized parameter's attribute optimization.Unnecessary attributes are eliminated from the decision table.The redundancy in the fault diagnosis system's condition attributes is reduced,and a simplified neutral network's structure is given.
