Design and implementation of an Internet-based call center

Internet-based call center extends telecommunication services from PSTN(Public Switch Telephone Network) to all media in Internet.A client/server architectured Internet-based call center which enables user access via either traditional PSTN network or Internet is presented.Its implementation using TAPI 3.0 provided in Windows 2000 Server is also presented.
