Application of Online Payment Technology in Open Education Management

With the rapid development and deep integration of computer, communication and internet technology, online payment technology is mature. An online self- service payment platform is built for The Open University of China which is used to provide an option in student's payment process. The platform facilitates the students and promotes the ICT in education, as well as optimizes the management processes and improves work efficiency through the upgrading of educational management system.
