Humanity's advanced technology,the copyright person right expansion as well as the traditional copyright authorization channel was narrow and so on the question initiates serious conflicts between the digital works copyright person benefit and the social public benefit.In view of these conflicts,this article proposed several operational stronger and realistic need solution countermeasures.
