A framework of application-oriented network architecture

As network technology has developed into the application-oriented stage, the traditional interconnection-oriented network architecture can no longer meet the requirement of network applications evaluated by high performance. Based on analyzing the history of network architecture development and the insufficiency of traditional network architecture, and discussing the problem of next generation network need resolve, a framework of application-oriented application layer active network(ALAN) is proposed. ALAN achieve user management and support user mobility by adding user layer, and resolve service customizing problem by application layer active network technology.
