Bases on the problem of the seed cotton mechanized production and processing in Xinjiang,and analyze the cotton module feeder,fixed pit cotton feeder,big heaps cotton feeder,three types of feeder operating characteristics,use this three types of feeder in the cotton processing enterprise can reduce the cost,reduce energy consumption,the reduction of labor intensity,reduce cotton secondary pollution,but their limitations and;on this basis,research and develop a feeder it can send and to feed the loose seed cotton and cotton modules of multi-purpose automatic feeder,the feeder has the characteristics of high production efficiency,good adaptability,manipulate the simple,the high degree of automation,can further reduce the manpower,material resources waste in the seed cotton during processing,to Xinjiang cotton processing industry to raise the level of the overall technology has the important practical significance.
