Using J2EE technology,Customer Relationship Management based on the Browser/Server(B/S) architecture system(CRM) is built. The system is mainly composed of five sub-systevs; which includes Sales Force Automation, marketing, Service, E-business, System management. The structure, functions, characteristics and key designing and implementing technologies of the system are introduced in detail.
