RFID Technology & BRP of the Library in the University

An example of the application of RFID technology in Chongqing Jiaotong University is given.The impacts on the library circulation and management,human resources and department allocation,and related service mode are analyzed.The BRP proposals are based on three aspects: 1) Regard the reader's need as the guidance;2) Reply on RFID technology and combine with the practical work of the university library;3) Reengineer from organization,business content and service mode,are presented.
