The intelligent construction is easier than the common building to suffer the thunder stroke, moreover, once suffers the thunder stroke loss to be huge. Therefore the intelligent construction’s anti-radar protection request is high. This article carries on the simplification to the thunder stroke intelligence construction electromagnetism transition condition's induced current, The anti -radar system is simplified as the equivalent network which is composed of certain amount's coupling π electric circuit, calculates the thunder and lightning main discharging current distributed time domain solution again using the node voltage law.
