Duties and Functions of Supervisor for Contract Management in an Software Development Project

In the development course of a software project,contract management is the process of signing,fulfilling,modifying,claiming and disputing a contract,while it is able to ensure the total implement of a contract effectively and powerfully.It permeates the whole course of supervision during the project.As the third party,who keeps objective and independent,supervisors must take part in the whole process from drawing up to winding up a contract.During the process,supervisors should carry out various works just as examination,supervision and coordination to the contract.This paper will summarize the duties and functions of supervisors to contract management in a software development project.
